A WOW Experience My wife and I were shopping for a crossover SUV and liked the looks of the Audi Q5. Though we hadn't initially considered a luxury car in our search, we stopped anyway. Upon visiting Harper Porsche Audi Jaguar, we met Trent Rogers who gave us a tour of a Q5. I call it a tour because he was thorough in informing us of everything involving the vehicle. Even when Ellan saw the Q3 and was intrigued, he went out of his way to arrange side by side test drives to assist in our decision on which way we wanted to go. This was in April. We told them we would be in the market round the end of July. He still took great interest in us as "potential" customers and took his time to educate us to the Audi. Well July rolled around and we happen to see a Q5 on a lot out of state, that was the color, both exterior and interior, along with all the packages that Ellan wanted. Trent and Oscar was able to locate a similar vehicle, all of what we asked, even the interior, in which we were ready to settle for a different color, and had it shipped to Knoxville for us. The prize was instead of landing a 2015, they were able to get us a 2016 model. We looked it over on a Wednesday and went back on Thursday and took her home with us. NO pressure, NO hassle, TLC in the process. NO hidden cost, agendas. I will buy my next vehicle from Harper. It was a WOW experience. More

I have been doing business with Harper for more than 20 years purchasing (5) cars and have not had a single bad experience. Their sales and service employees are all first class and work very hard to please the customer. This organization is simply the "Model" of Excellence, and Ray did not disappoint ! More

As soon as we walked through the door, we were warmly greeted by Derek Bonzagni, who we later found out has worked with Ferrari and Maserati in the past and is very exprienced in his line of work. He knows all the cars inside out and helps compare their cars to their rivals in an unbiased manner, as he has worked with BMW in the past as well. Back to the car, we came in looking for a 2013 Audi S5 with low mileage and all the options. although they didn't have the one we were looking for, we test drove a 2015 one, and he answered all our questions thoroughly. Later on, we were looking up used S5's, and found the several that we liked. We called Derek, and he was extremely kind and generous enough to look up all their VIN numbers and find out what Orion's they had. In the end, he recommended the Prestige with every single option and package, and sure enough, we bought it. Two weeks later, we pulled up at Harper Audi, and were greeted warmly by Derek, and he was congratulating us on our purchase. I could not have been happier with the experience I've had with Harper. Unfortunately, he's being transferred to the new Porsche and Jaguar dealership down the road, so they are very lucky to have him! More

Last minute service request. Nothing like 94 degree weather and no air conditioning! I live in Kingsport, TN and work. To come to Harpers is a 2 hour drive and a day of vacation Nothing like 94 degree weather and no air conditioning! I live in Kingsport, TN and work. To come to Harpers is a 2 hour drive and a day of vacation. They are worth it. I called Charles and told him I needed a switch replaced and asked when he could get my car in. He replied, today. When can you get here? I left work within the hour. Charles asked if I needed transportation while I waited. I declined and situation myself in a very comfortable waiting room that offers a variety of magazines, a TV, healthy snacks and drinks and waited. While I was sitting there, Joey offered me a grilled hamburger. Seems that someone in the service department grills for everyone during lunch on Fridays! Very quickly, my car was ready, washed, and most importantly cool! My son used to work at an Audi, Porsche, BMW dealership. I promise you, there was no camaraderie, good morale, friendliness, and customer service like you get at this dealership. Drive 2 hours and lose a day of vacation? Any time for these guys. They are awesome! More

Harper Family This past Saturday my wife and I stopped by Harper Audi to schedule a service date. We had a seal on the passenger side door that had come unclipped This past Saturday my wife and I stopped by Harper Audi to schedule a service date. We had a seal on the passenger side door that had come unclipped at the bottom. When I spoke to Derek to set up a time he looked at the seal and said he "could take care of it right here and now." In less than 10 minutes the seal was clipped back in place an he side it would be another few minutes because they were running our Q7 through the wash. There isn't another dealer in Knoxville that would have fixed the seal immediately, let alone Wash it to. ONLY AT HARPER! Buying a vehicle from them was a great experience, and we have found that we are now considered "Family" and they know how to treat family. We think we have our forever car (2015 Q7), but I will guarantee you if it isn't and we buy a new car it will be from Harper. Audi has "Truth Is Engineering", but Harper Audi has made us family.
