Issue NOT resolved. Promised loaner car was NOT available. Poorly working $2800 Navigation System. This was the third attempt by technicians to rectify the issues. Was promised a loaner car to use for the day but one was not available when I was there. Technician did attempt to address the problem with minimal success. One time I was told to just use my phone an it would work well if I was willing to use the internet. This is not a solution for a less than adequate Expensive Navigation System. VERY DISAPPOINTED More
