Customer service I asked for a quote in my rims. The person assisting me did not find that out for me. My car was there 4 and 1/2 hours. My car makes a noise when I s I asked for a quote in my rims. The person assisting me did not find that out for me. My car was there 4 and 1/2 hours. My car makes a noise when I stop on brakes. I told him I had my brakes checked. It is not the brakes. So they text me and tell me that I need tires. Then quotes a price. Then states this is the noise. I hear when I stop on brakes. That is not the reason. Their service department does not gave good technicians apparently. No car hisses when stopping on brakes from having tires with low pressure. I was not impress. It is convenient for location. However, I will go to Orange Park for my service from now on. More
