One star provided since our sales person Chris was great. Unfortunately the finance and sales managers were awful and I would provide a negative score if I could. My credit was hit 10x w/700+ score. Had to tell them they obviously were doing something wrong. They had the correct social number however wrote my name down incorrectly. I advised them this error and they never corrected the error. Went to VW who utilizes the same credit system since VW owns Audi. They made the correction, ran my credit once, purchased with them. This is the second time we tried Audi and VW save us both times. I left a voice message for the General Manager with no response. More
