The salesperson and the general manager were arrogant, deceptive and unnecessarily aggressive. There are so many other much better dealerships in this city, and for the Audi brand in particular, Audi in Gainesville or Orlando have much better reputations! This is the type of dealership that all car buyers want to avoid unless you are looking to overpay and be treated very badly during and after the sale. Before I wrote this review, I did contact the dealership several times. The response from the general manager, Stephan Gronberg, was patronizing and condescending and did nothing to resolve the issues, and there were many. More

Used Car Buyers BEWARE On 12/4/19, I bought a 2017 Audi A8 from Audi/Jacksonville. This vehicle had about 33,000 miles on and was sold as a certified car, with the balance o On 12/4/19, I bought a 2017 Audi A8 from Audi/Jacksonville. This vehicle had about 33,000 miles on and was sold as a certified car, with the balance of the manufacturer’s warranty and SMARTSHIELD. About one month after I bought the car, a small spot appeared on the hood where the clear coat had delaminated. I took to three body shops (including Hanania’s) and they all indicated it was due to a “product failure” that had occurred before I bought the car. I called Audi of Jax and they contacted SMARTSHIELD…….but they refused to cover the repair because they didn’t apply clear coat. Contacted Audi Customer Service and they have been unable to work anything out with the dealer. I also visited the dealer in person and their sales manager politely but firmly said “if it wasn’t there when you drove off the lot it’s not our problem”. I understand the dealer didn’t give me a warranty and has no legal obligation to repair the car. However, can you imagine buying a car for $45,000 and not having the dealer stand behind a month later? They lost a customer and so did Audi over a $600/repair. BUYER BEWARE! More
