On 09/24/2024 I traded in my car for an Audi Chronos 2023 model. Before I committed to the deal, I spoke with Myles to check with him on the car and asked him if there was any damage on the vehicle and 2023 model. Before I committed to the deal, I spoke with Myles to check with him on the car and asked him if there was any damage on the vehicle and if the car came with 2 keys and was in perfect condition He replied there was a small scuff to the wheels they were taking care of and the vehicle did have 2 keys. So far so good On the day of delivery by Myles, he apologized that he did not have the 2nd key, and the previous owner was delivering the 2nd key to them on Friday which he would forward to me. I have this confirmed in numerous emails from Myles. I was not advised of this before the delivery, or I would not have moved forward with the deal until they got the 2nd key. I did not think this would be an issue at the time. As the following week ended, I still did not have my 2nd key. Then the 2nd week ended and still getting the runaround. I also noticed when the car was delivered the trunk was missing the pull-out cover that I assume was with the original car. Myles advised me, and he told me the previous owner had moved and thinks his wife had moved it, but they are trying to reach him. Over 2 weeks went by and still no Key 60 + emails backwards and forwards getting a runaround. I also spoke with the sales manager Andy Medina + 10 emails to him. He did call me and advised me that he was no longer the sales manager, but he would reach out to a gentleman called David who is now the sales manager to contact me to sort out the issues I never got a call. The car was over $50K Certified Preowned so I would expect the keys, and the trunk cover to be with the car. After numerous calls and texts, the dealership blocked my texts going to them as I advised them, I was going to leave a negative review on car sites and report them to the BBB – They did not seem to care once they made the sale so I would not recommend this dealer to other prospective customers as blocking my text messages is not acceptable I do have an image of the block on my phone. I want the dealer to do several things A) Supply me with a new key and pay for the programming. B) Arrange a new key to be supplied at my local Audi Dealership. I believe the previous owner had an IOU for the key so why not send me the key and send them the bill? I must say that I am disappointed with this dealership which ran away from its obligations once they made a sale, I see similar issues from other purchases of cars from them on the BBB complaints with the dealership not following through once a sale is made More
I'll try and be brief with this story. I bought a Chevy Colorado diesel a few years back from this dealership. When I bought the truck there was no mention of a "delete and tune" that was I bought a Chevy Colorado diesel a few years back from this dealership. When I bought the truck there was no mention of a "delete and tune" that was done to this truck. I told them I am in the military and was getting stationed in California and would be moving to California shortly. I found out about my modified truck soon after and tried to reach out to this dealership. They gave me the runaround and every excuse not to get back to me. After months of delay I got an email saying "you bought the car well over a year ago. There's not much we can do", unbelievable. The delete and tune is a removal of critical factory parts from the truck because of this I can't register in the State I am in. Im currently trying to sell my truck, it is lousy that I paid a premium price for it with everything said. I could pull an Audi Jacksonville and just not mention the "Delete and Tune" to buyers but I want to try and tell my buyers everything about this truck. People have not purchased my truck because I tell them the truth about it. Honestly I rather have that than putting a financial burden on someones life. If you want to do business with a honest company I would advise to look elsewhere and do some due diligence and look at these low star reviews because they are most likely real world problems like mine with this dealership. I would caution anyone who's considering doing business with this dealership. Their staff is unprofessional from from entry position tellers to upper management. My husband and I stopped by the dealership with this dealership. Their staff is unprofessional from from entry position tellers to upper management. My husband and I stopped by the dealership on 5/19/24 to look at a truck. Their hours state 12pm-5pm but they do not schedule staff to support these hours. My husband and I waited for hours for a salesman to show us the vehicle. We took it for a test drive and were given the run down on what was included in the sale of the truck. Once back at the dealership we waited even longer to speak to a sales manager to work on paperwork. After it was all said and done and we spent the ENTIRE day at the dealership we then had to return at a later date to sign off and get the keys, again due to their staff shortage. We returned that following Wednesday. When we went to the teller to pay the down-payment the girl seemed very overwhelmed and was short and curt. She then proceeded to fumble around and miscalculated the money handing us back change that wasn't due. We tried to point this out to her and she continued to escalate her attitude. We walked away. We sat down with the sales manager to sign the paperwork and were handed one key instead of the two we were promised by the salesman. Yet again, instead of handling the issue in a professional manner, the sales manager dismissed us and stated "that's not my department" and washed his hands of us. At this time another manager approached us in regard to the down-payment/money back issue. We attempted to explain what happened to the mamager and the teller who had assisted us then began raising her voice and talking over us, ultimately escalating to yelling and screaming. She was sent away to the back and we continued our conversation with the manager and handed back the $4.68 that she miscalculated. Once that issue was resolved we then were handed off to a THIRD manager to try and resolve the key issues. Needless to say we left that day with a truck and a bad taste in our mouth. Fast forward 30-days later and yet another issue from this dealership has reared its ugly head. Due to their negligence and short staffing they did not process our paperwork correctly. They failed to submitt the proper insurance documentation for the truck and the state suspended my license for uninsured motorist. In the 17 years that I've been licensed to drive in this state I have NEVER had an issue with insurance or my license until I let this joke of a dealership handle my sale and paperwork. Ontop of that we were told that anytime we were back in Jax they would handle the key issue and provide an additional key at no cost as originally promised. We have made multiple calls and left numerous messages over the past 30 days to set this up with absolutely NO reply. I will never recommend Audi Jacksonville Dealerhsip to anyone, ever. They were horrible from start to finish and are still negatively impacting me. More

I was in contact with a few salesmen regarding the 2013 Cadillac suv and finally decided to take an almost 3hr drive. After arriving my mom took it for a test drive and the engine light came on which was s Cadillac suv and finally decided to take an almost 3hr drive. After arriving my mom took it for a test drive and the engine light came on which was supposed to be fixed and the vehicle cut off in traffic and thankfully we weren’t hurt. I also placed a cd in the cd player to make sure it worked and true to everything else that happened it would not eject. I was told it would be mailed to me, I called and sent text messages and they went unreturned or answered for 3wks. While there I later asked Derek about the INFINIti suv and he went to retrieve it, I noticed him going back and forth then getting his manager to later find out the power steering pump went out. He then brought another vehicle and it was badly damaged broken mirror among other things. I definitely would not recommend Audi Jacksonville because they’re not true to their word and the vehicles they are pushing onto customers are not safe and the quality is poor! More
READ THE SERVICE CONTRACT BEFORE SIGNING ! !!!!! Today I went to AUDI Jacksonville for a service on my Audi. Arriving at the service station, the friendly person greeted me and asked me to si !!!!! Today I went to AUDI Jacksonville for a service on my Audi. Arriving at the service station, the friendly person greeted me and asked me to sign the service order without explaining to me why the service was, I usually pay around 260 USD for, now almost 900 USD. By taking a closer look at the bottom of the service order, the service agent reminded me again that I had to sign at the bottom. When I saw two items that didn’t sound right, I asked him what these two items on that list were. He then explained to me that the 1st Item was flushing the coolant system was due to possible corrosion and the 2nd Item was cleaning the injection system because of the carbon in the cylinders and valves AND that this was a requirement from Audi. The total bill was 928 USD !!! I could not believe it, and I knew that this could not be right because the car was just over a year old, so I called the technical department of Audi Ingolstadt in Germany in front of the service agent and explained to the engineer on the other side in Germany what's going on, why I needed to flush the coolant system and why this work was, in case it has to be done, not under warranty from Audi. After a little pause of a few seconds, the engineer told me that this service requirement was absolutely unnecessary and a (in clear text) a rip -off. The Service agent then changed his mind and told me that this was a recommendation from Audi Jacksonville. This is the 2nd time Audi Jacksonville is trying to rip me off. The 1st time I had a flat tire that could not be repaired anymore. I have been told that because of the onboard MMI system, all tires will have to be replaced as the MMI onboard computer system cannot be reset. Audi Jacksonville was asking me for 2200 USD Without Installation!!! Would I had signed the service agreement without checking, I would be a 1000 USD lighter for work that was not necessary at all. TRUST IS GOOD. CONTROL IS BETTER. NEVER AGAIN!!!! More
