We are sorry that we have not gotten back to you in a timely fashion. We had our systems go down for 20 days, and that did not allow us to see what we had and had not followed up with. I will start from the beginning. Due to the fact that receiving bank approval for the loan was taking longer than usual, which ended up requiring additional stipulations and downpayment which did not allow us to do the deal in a timelier fashion. You had to come back because you needed time to come up with the entire down payment, which we agreed to wait for you. Which was the reason you had to come back a third time before finalizing the deal. Jireh losing her patience while counting your down payment is unacceptable, for this I will apologize, she has been counseled and spoken to. As for the insurance, the state of Florida does not allow a car dealer to set up your car insurance, during the signature process you sign a form agreeing to provide insurance on the vehicle, it states on there that YOU will be contacting to add insurance to the vehicle, us as a dealer cannot do this on your behalf in the state of Florida, which is where we do business. Now the key, you are right you probably called and texted and nobody returned your call. This is because our systems were down. The phone numbers you text and call are all routed through a system that went down on 5/19 and came back finally this month. Unfortunately, we never received or got any of them. We tried to reach out to you today now that we know based on reviews. But you basically shut down the ability to speak to you, and refused for us to setup to get your key for you. We apologize for the mistake. this, and wish we had gotten the opportunity to rectify this for you.

Furthing my point and poor experience with Audi Jacksonville, the above petty reply only shows how disinterested this dealership is in client retention. The only reason they bothered to reach out was because they received a negative review. Perhaps if they invested more time in educating their staff on improving their customer service skills they wouldn't have a 2.4 star review.

Myles told me and my wife he had our car mats on order the day we picked the car and up. He said he felt bad that detail could not find any of the mats and they would be shipped to our house. After three weeks I contacted him via text and he said he would check on it. A week later I never heard anything at which time I had enough and called the dealership and hoped the internet manager could help but he was no help. The dealership is customer no service! I am a realtor and notary in the state of Florida and have no reason to lie! Be aware!!
