All of my prior experiences with Audi Of Indianapolis have been wonderful. But this time my car was there for a week(yes I did have a loaner card to drive🙂) with a request to correct 3 minor items-CD pl have been wonderful. But this time my car was there for a week(yes I did have a loaner card to drive🙂) with a request to correct 3 minor items-CD player not working, an intermittent unidentified noise when starting the engine and replacing brackets on the license plate holder. After 3 days of no communication I phoned Ben who said that he would get back to me. After a week I again called only to learn that no work had occured. I announced that I would pick it up the next day. On arrival Ben said they were too “busy” and he had managed to eject a stuck CD but that was the only problem resolved. I sincerely wish the dealership had told me to call for a later appointment if they were that busy. Needless to say I’m very disappointed. More

This is the only Audi dealer in the city. Car went in multiple times for the same (difficult) issue and was never resolved. Horrible experience that spanned many years originating with a $3k+ bill. Was multiple times for the same (difficult) issue and was never resolved. Horrible experience that spanned many years originating with a $3k+ bill. Was told I had a 1 year warranty on repair. It lasted 58 days and then went back in the shop for another 124 days to get re-repaired! This was a no cost "fix" that lasted 18 days beyond the warranty, but it was in the shop for 1/3 of that warranty period. They did not honor or extend the courtesy to look beyond the 18 days, and held it for another 120+ days until I contacted Audi NA. My car only ran for 258 days of 594, and was in this shop for 336 days. Horrible communication, and never treated me like a customer, and only wanted me to front additional $8k to try swapping random parts that did not align with engineering logic all the while not having my car-i ended up buying a used car (not from this place) to get around as there was no plan or indication they were close to fixing it.
