The service department is very nice and clean. They greet you when you pull in. Take it to the waiting room until the service consultant is ready to discuss your needs. They wash your car when you pick it up. they provide a video of the work being done and anything that you might need completed in the future. The waiting area has coffee, bottled water and very comfortable seating however, they lack the simple snacks that are provided by BMW, Porsche and Lexus dealerships in the area that I also deal with. I believe they were very trustworthy dealership and would recommend them for servicing your Audi. More
