However, the sales experience I had at the luxury car brand I thought I wanted to buy sent me over to Audi. The experience was so much better at Audi; it was more customer-centric. Justin Locke, the sales associate who assisted me, could not have been more accommodating to my schedule, my particular vehicle preferences regarding colors and features, or other uncertainties. When you ask exactly what will be done, they look annoyed and use a phony, overly polite tone. They also don't honor your appointment time, as you could arrive on time but your car won't be pulled into the garage for 30-40 minutes. More
