Service experience can be defined as deception. Schedule a routine oil change. Unfortunately, I couldn’t make the appointment and had a family member drop off the vehicle. Service team mislead a Schedule a routine oil change. Unfortunately, I couldn’t make the appointment and had a family member drop off the vehicle. Service team mislead a family member into believing the 60K milage service was require and what the schedule appointment was for. A routine oil service has now turned into hefty bill. More

The service advisor provides excellent recommendations and keeps me updated throughout any service or repair. If there is a change to the expected completion of the service, he is quick to provide solutio and keeps me updated throughout any service or repair.
