Set scheduled service. Went perfect. Timing, scheduling, and service were spot on. They sent a video of the under carriage showing the car and gave their opinion. Will go back again. and service were spot on. They sent a video of the under carriage showing the car and gave their opinion. Will go back again. More
I purchased a 2018 Audi A4 from this dealership with an extended warranty. I ended up trading in the vehicle for another and proceeded to go through the process of canceling my extended warranty and reques extended warranty. I ended up trading in the vehicle for another and proceeded to go through the process of canceling my extended warranty and requesting a partial refund. My wife went to the dealership on 11/21/19 to complete the cancellation form which is required for the dealership to process the refund. Yesterday (2/14/20) I called to try and find out why I had not received a check (3 months later) and was unable to reach the finance manager (William) as he was out of office. William called me today (2/15/20) explaining that the request was still pending with Safeguard (warranty company) and that he would “have to call them on Monday to see what was the hold up”. After getting off the phone with William, I called Safeguard directly. Safeguard informed me that the dealership never submitted the paperwork for a cancellation. In fact, they could see that the dealership accessed my account on 11/21/19 but didn’t do anything else. Safeguard informed me that once the paperwork is submitted to them it would take an additional 3-4 weeks to cut a refund check. I called William back to try and get clarification as to why he told me 1) they were closed on Saturday and 2) why he hadn’t submitted my cancellation request. William informed me that he had indeed submitted it. After explaining to him I knew he didn’t he switched to “well the home office submits those so I need to follow-up on Monday with them”. This is absolutely absurd. In the auto industry there is a term called charge back which basically means if there’s a refund for a warranty that ends up hitting the bottom dollar of the finance department because they can’t report that they earned that money if you’re canceling a warranty. What I’m assuming is happening is that the finance department at Hunt Valley is not submitting the cancellation request in a timely manner. As a result, the customer is not receiving their funds. To make matters worse, safeguard only refunds within three months, so I told William I expect a call on Monday with details of when I will receive my check. BE ADVISED if you have sold a car and are waiting on a refund check. If I had not called, no one at Hunt Valley Audi would have called me to check on it. This is a complete scam. I will never be doing business with this dealership again and I will be advising all family, friends and co-workers to avoid doing business with Audi Hunt Valley. I’ve grown up in Baltimore county my entire life and know many people in the community. This type of business practice shouldn’t be allowed. Three months later, I’m still waiting on a partial refund for my warranty. I sincerely hope a GM sees this feedback and investigates how many other cancellation requests may be in the pipeline. More

I noticed my car had no gas and 87 more miles on it then when I dropped it off for a recall (which wasn't even completed). Not only did he take my car without permission, but he drove it recklessly, including driving 90+ mph on 25 mph country roads. And worst of all the dealer not even knowing this happened, covered it up when confronted, lied about knowing, and told me they were within their rights to "test drive" my car how they see fit. The service writer lied, the Service Manager lied. They didn’t even know it happened. I went to the general manager, Mitch Henson, to explain what had happened, explained I have it all on my dash cam, and to seek some sort of resolution, but they blew me off. If people knew their expensive cars were being taken home by employees and driven recklessly, I seriously doubt anybody would want to take their cars to this dealership. The best part when I told the general manager he was doing 90 in my car, he said "sometimes they have to drive that fast to properly test the car." Seriously! More

Once again, the best place to take your vehicle for service My experiences have always been great at Audi Hunt Valley. I know that some may not have the same feelings, but the facts are the facts. No matter w My experiences have always been great at Audi Hunt Valley. I know that some may not have the same feelings, but the facts are the facts. No matter which service representative has helped me (in this case, my new Service Consultant is Ricky Gibson), I can guarantee that the experience will be the same great service every time. There are very competent technicians working there, and everyone enjoys their job...it's that evident. That said, I will never take my Audi A7 to another place. The best part of any of my experiences there are the people. It feels like family every time. From the service counter, to the cashiers, to the parts guys...even the salespersons are genuinely friendly. No place is perfect, but if you ever have an issue with you service visit (which I doubt), you will come away satisfied because THEY WILL RESOLVE IT. Your satisfaction and safety are paramount to them, and they absolutely cut no corners. I promise you that they are not the typical dealership/service business. They simply want you to return. They have more-than expert managers in each function, and they catch mistakes very quickly. My last visit for service revealed an issue that Rick and the Service Manager Frank had discovered, and it was that I had been mistakenly charged twice for an item. While some dealerships and their respective service enterprises would have overlooked this, Rick discovered it while we were quality checking my invoice for work done. My point is that they could have ignored it due to my great trust in them. If I had found it later, I would have just brought it to their attention...no problem. However, they brought it to mine. Moreover, the credit was applied to my credit card before I returned home! This long review is to dispel any misgivings about Audi Hunt Valley. They like many of us may have "Bad days", but they do not let the bad days "have them". I have been, and always will be a loyal customer. I do apologize for not remembering the lovely Cashier's names, but they have the greatest personalities! More
I haven't even been there yet , and I'm getting the feeling they'd rather I didn't. I would be a new customer, and the online service scheduling tool is horribly complicated, and the person on the phone couldn't see her way to scheduling my appointment unless I gave her the VIN (because it would help her know if there were recalls). That would be terrific if I was sitting in my car making the appointment, but not very helpful otherwise. The Audi Hunt Valley "Service" department could do a little better with their upfront customer "service." -unnecessarily pissed. More

A Great Experience Awaits You! There are no end of the words in the English language that can describe my awesome experience at this dealership. I needed to have my Audi A7 service There are no end of the words in the English language that can describe my awesome experience at this dealership. I needed to have my Audi A7 serviced due to a left headlamp malfunction. A good acquaintance recommended Audi Hunt Valley. Although I hail from a distance away (Reisterstown, Md), I decided to give it a try. My Service Representative was Tony Watson, and I cannot say enough good things about that young man! He is very personable and genuine - just like everyone else within those walls. I met a salesman named Rick who indulged me in great conversation, and I believe I also met and had a great experience with their General Manager. The point is that I only came in for service, and was treated with the utmost courtesy and respect! To qualify my experience, Tony did not try to "up-sell" me on repairs that were not needed at the time. Their interface with the in-processing of your vehicle is very state of the art. The most important aspect is that these are all competent folks, who would not dare treat you in a condescending manner. I do not remember their names, but even the Parts Department Representatives were just as knowledgeable, genuinely courteous, and personable. When you walk in - no matter what your visit may be for, you get a feeling that the staff in every department are happy to work there. Please be mindful that the car business (all aspects) is dog-eat-dog, and bottom line based. Not at this dealership...you will have to see it for yourself. I am a US Army veteran, who served this country honorably. That said, am not an employee, received no special to write this, and stand by my word. I love Audis, and will go nowhere else for my next one. If you're tired of games at dealerships, please do yourself a favor and try Audi Hunt Valley. Tony and Crew...I will see you very soon for my 55,000 mile service! I'll also write another review then as well! More
