They are not good at calling customers back or notifying customers of changes. I had a flat tire and decided to spend 300.00 more dollars to have the dealership replace all four tires. They said they only had two in stock and that they would have the other two in by 5pm that Friday. I said no hurry I will pick it up on Saturday. After receiving no call on Saturday, I called at 1230pm and they informed me that they just got the tires in and that the car should be ready by Monday. I said I had a ride Saturday not on Monday so I got to the dealership on 130pm and waited til it was done. After spending 1230.00 my car was not cleaned and my gas covering did not lock in place. I left a VM on Sunday and I still haven’t received a call back. I will be there on April 27 at 730 to drop off my car to get the recall fixed. I expect my car to be detailed when I pick it up More
