Brought car at 63 Kmiles for oil change. A simple 2 hours oil change service turned into 2 weeks very costly repair and then re - repairs lasting due to the mechanic error leading to the car A simple 2 hours oil change service turned into 2 weeks very costly repair and then re - repairs lasting due to the mechanic error leading to the car’s oil leaking. Was able to use car service promotional coupon and was provided with car loaners service. Car mechanic call after rechecking car for the oil leak, and told that “It is nor a big deal, it just improper gasket placement during original repair”. It is not a “Big Deal” for him, but for me it was a Big Deal with the costs at the substantial amount of money and a lot of loss of personal time.Car service advisor apologized for the inconveniences, but there were no other incentive were offered for the inconveniences such a loss of personal times or garage cleaning after car oil spells. More
