When I arrived, no one did anything. They just told me to sit inside. Once I sat down, no one helped me until after 15 minutes I went up and said that I requested a loaner car. It took me over an hour to drop my car off and get the loaner. … what a waste of time that completely defeated the purpose of me requesting a loaner. I also think making your customers pay a 2.8% credit card fee is a bit ridiculous. Audi is supposed to be a “high end brand” yet I feel nickeled and dimed. Credit card fees are a cost of doing business. This was my first time getting my car serviced here, as this dealer is significantly closer to my house, however I will not be returning. I would rather drive 35 minutes out of my way to receive better service. More

Way too difficult to schedule an appointment, you can and they forward you to service but the phone is never answered and your call is not returned. I called after a couple hours and they said my car was ready, no one contacted me when it was finished.
