I usually don’t give bad reviews but this is the last straw. 3 hrs for an oil change and wheel alignment. Finally got the car it smelled of antifreeze. Service rep found some fluid @ the reservoir figu straw. 3 hrs for an oil change and wheel alignment. Finally got the car it smelled of antifreeze. Service rep found some fluid @ the reservoir figured it was spillage. Got home to a stinky car and found reservoir cap loose and fluid all over that part on the engine bay. My Garage now stinks Enough said. . More

2013 Q7 TDI. Brought the car in for alarm randomly going off and a check engine light. They charged me $400.00 and diagnosed nothing. They broke off a catalyti Brought the car in for alarm randomly going off and a check engine light. They charged me $400.00 and diagnosed nothing. They broke off a catalytic converter sensor and then explained it would be over 6k in parts to fix it. They estimated the value of the car to be worth 2k. At least they stopped before they made it un drivable. So much for the emissions warranty. I will be bringing to my BMW guy. At least he can get a broken sensor out of a pipe without having to replace the entire catalytic converter. More
