I always look forward to my Audi dealership visit, as Ted McConnell is a very friendly and welcoming greeter. He ask the reason for my visit and then shortly thereafter tells me how long I should expect to McConnell is a very friendly and welcoming greeter. Dean Turner has many times gone out of his way to assist me with any question or problem I'm having with the vehicle. He comes to my office to pick up my car for routine service and leaves me a loaner to d me with any question or problem I'm having with the vehicle. I took my new Audi A4 in for a dealer installed Stasis suspension upgrade. They worked on my car and even had it done a little early. The suspension upgrade is even better than expected.
