Audi Hoffman Estates - Service Center

This is the worst dealer I have ever worked with. Service items were routinely not performed, or even worse, when they were performed they broke something else requiring me to come back again and hav Service items were routinely not performed, or even worse, when they were performed they broke something else requiring me to come back again and have fix that problem. Have finally switched to the Audi dealership in Lisle and they have been great. you'd never guess they were part of the same dealer organization! I understand from the local VW dealer that Schaumburg Audi is in financial trouble and that they are desperate because the local Audi management offices occupy this dealership's upstairs area. More

I brought my 2001 Audi TT in for service one day and for whatever reason the service shop was closed and no one but sales reps and cahiers where there. They told me that the service department wasn't open whatever reason the service shop was closed and no one but sales reps and cahiers where there. They told me that the service department wasn't open even though it was a weekday and they had scheduled me for that time and date that i was in there. I then made another appointment to bring my car back in and when i came in the next time they said that i wasn't even in the computer for an appointment. After arguing with them for about 20 minutes i finally gotthem to give me a loaner because i wasn't coming back again to drop the car off for a third time. It was overall the worst service i had ever received from a dealership in my life. I would never recommend doing business with them whether it's for service or sales. More
