Always an Exceptional Experience I have been dealing with the folks at Hoffman Estates Audi (Formerly Schaumburg Audi) for almost 10 years since I bought my 2004 Audi A4. The car has I have been dealing with the folks at Hoffman Estates Audi (Formerly Schaumburg Audi) for almost 10 years since I bought my 2004 Audi A4. The car has been wonderful, but the reason I continue to go there is because of the excellent service department. The service consultants are always very courteous, attentive to my reason for being there, and prompt to take care of me. Eric is a pleasure to deal with. The quality of the work by their technicians is always top-notch. I don't know of another dealer that I would consider taking my car to for service. More

Great Job All Around I called Eric DeFort to set up a service appointment for my A4. Eric was quick to offer me an appointment and asked if I would need a courtesy car. I arrived at Audi Hoffman Estates and Eric was there to greet me. He asked what issues I was dealing with and sent me off in a loaner car. He called me a short time later with information on what was needed to fix the problem....and what it would cost. A few hours later I was back at Audi Hoffman Estates picking up my A4! I arrived at the dealership without an appointment. I was immediately greeted and assured everything would be done to accommodate me and to take care of my car's needs. The service rep (Mike) explained was immediately greeted and assured everything would be done to accommodate me and to take care of my car's needs. The service rep (Mike) explained everything that was concerning my vehicle and told me what was going to be performed to make certain the car was road worthy and safe. The dealership's service department went out of their way from the time I was greeted to the time of my departure. Individuals I came in contact with were friendly, courteous and professional. The service area is clean and comfortable. Andy has a great service group all of whom know how to make certain the customer has an "exceptional experience" when in their care. I'm a customer for the meaningful life of the car. I highly recommend Hoffman Estates Audi for any auto service needs. Nice job to all. More
I had my A6 serviced at Schaumburg Audi ( before they moved to Hoffman Estates) for six years and this time my wife had to wait for 30 minutes just to drop off car for no reason. Then they up-sold un-ne moved to Hoffman Estates) for six years and this time my wife had to wait for 30 minutes just to drop off car for no reason. Then they up-sold un-necessary services to her. I was in shock about the bad services and treatment my wife experienced. We will not go back to this dealer again. More

1. I purchased my new Audi A6 when the dealership had been in its new building only a couple of weeks. The facility is beautiful. Dean, my salesman, was very low-key and was a pleasure to work with. With the nice surroundings, I enjoy coming in for a weekly car wash. 2. I came in for service once and come in once each week for a car wash. I pull right up to the service door which immediately opens in a flash, pull in to their enclosed drop off area (separate from the service garage) and am immediately greeted by one of their service reps or one of their young men who takes my car through the wash. Every person greets me with a pleasant and respectful tone, assuring me that they'll take care of me. When my car was serviced, I received a pre-arranged new loaner vehicle. Eric, my service rep, treated me very well and kept me appraised of the work being done (which in my case was just to check something I wanted them to check and have them confirm that everything worked as it should). When I get my car washed, I enjoy spending the short wait time looking at the latest vehicles in their showroom or watching TV or reading their assortment of magazines while enjoying a free cup of coffee and pastry. 3. I've worked with a number of employees at the dealership whom I've named in the check boxes in the survey. Let me say each one has treated me very well and has helped me in their own way. I must say that I was really impressed in one particular case when I came in for a car wash and determined that I needed some work done that would take five minutes. The service area was closed at the time. But the service rep asked me to wait five minutes while he personally took my A6 back to the service area and made the adjustment himself. And while the men who greet me for a car wash aren't named in the survey, I'd like to commend them for how well they treat me and what a nice job they do washing my car. All in all, I have nothing but nice things to say about Audi Hoffman Estates. More
Brought S5 in for scheduled maintenance & mounting of winter tires with no appointment. Was greeted immediately by Luke and written up quickly. Car was ready way before promise time.
