I've bought and had cars serviced in the past when they were located in Schaumburg. I purchased my car from this new facility in Hoffman Estates working with Dean Turner. Dean was a great guy to work with, low key, professional, no pressure what so ever. This was my first visit to the service department now located in Hoffman Estates. Its an excellent facility, they have good technicians and do good work. I've always been happy with the level of service I receive. More

Loaners are offered and if you choose to wait the area is clean, quiet with plenty of free beverages and snacks and a TV to watch. Free WiFi makes allows me to work from the dealership and increases my flexibility. Car wash is always done impeccably. More

Not Truly Exceptional Service In January I brought my A5 in for check engine light on. I had to bring it back 4 times over a month's time to resolve the issue. Each time I took it In January I brought my A5 in for check engine light on. I had to bring it back 4 times over a month's time to resolve the issue. Each time I took it in, I was told a different reason why it was on, ( 1st. couldn't find anything wrong, 2nd. fuel injector, 3rd. air filter, 4th. throttle assembly) and that it was resolved. Within a week of each time picking the car up, the check engine light was on again. Finally it appears to be fixed with the 4th diagnoses. What's most disappointing, the times I brought the car in, I didn't feel the staff was invested in my issue, no one said, "we'll figure this out". Just a very nonchalant attitude. I also purchased the car from this dealership. More
