Hi Mr. Ninos, I am sorry for the confusion when you came in with the service coupon that you received, but it is only for repair work on your vehicle as is stated on the bottom of the card, and not for any over the counter parts purchases. Should you like to bring in your 2003 A4 for service, we will still gladly honor the coupon for you. If you have purchased a newer vehicle from us that we do not have in our parts and service database for some reason, please let me know who your sales person is and I will gladly have him/her mail an Audi keychain to you for your inconvenience since he/she should have given you one as part of our vehicle delivery program. As for the Parts Manager, I do also apologize if he came across as anything less than sincere and helpful, I assure you his intention was not to upset a client as everyone in this dealership values each and every one of our clients. Your a liar sir, its not a service coupon, it was a gift card, we went over that at the dealer, as for my salesman, he no longer works there, after 10 plus years he quite, when I saw him at a local store, and shared the story, he let me know what xxxxxxxx you are, and how bad the stores numbers are. good luck in bankruptcy...
