Vehicle Service I brought my 2012 Audi A5 for an oil change last week. I called the morning of my service, spoke with Tony and made an appointment for that day. I spoke with Tony that I prefer to work with my Mike as my service advisor. I arrived a bit early, as usual, for my appointment and was greeted immediately by Mike. Mike was, as usual, professional and courteous. He told me what time I could expect my service to be completed. Of course my car was ready, as promised.
