Had 10:00 appt for 50000 mile service and told advisor that will be back at 1:00 for the car. That service is really only an oil change. When I came back at 1:00 the car wasn’t even worked on yet. Waited another 1 1/2 hours in waiting room until car was being worked on. Advisor told me they had many appointments that day. What is the point of an appointment if you won’t honor the time of the appointment??? Absolutely poor customer service. 4 1/2 hours for basically an oil change is ridiculous!!! If I had one of my patients wait for hours past their appointment time to see me I wouldn’t have a business. More

Poor communication of advisor. I had to go to him and find out the status 2 time. Requested shuttle service and didn’t provided me. I had another appointment which I missed. Since 2022 I have used your location but he couldn’t find in your system after giving 2 phone number. I spoke to the same advisor over the phone to make an appointment but there was a doubts about my appointment. Brand like Honda and Mercedes provide loaner and shuttle services but you guys don’t have service for your customers. People using your expensive brand are not dumb. Actions speaks louder than words. Service itself was as efficient and polite as usual. But the re-calibration after replacing the battery was outrageous! At least you could tell me ahead of time and I would have brought my checkbook. The $23 you charged me for using my card HAS to be well in excess of what my credit card company would charge you for processing ONE transaction. Disappointed More

The employee then told me some “suggestions” of things to have done on my car despite no one even looking at my car. It took me over an hour to drop my car off and get the loaner. … what a waste of time that completely defeated the purpose of me requesting a loaner. I also think making your customers pay a 2.8% credit card fee is a bit ridiculous. Audi is supposed to be a “high end brand” yet I feel nickeled and dimed. Credit card fees are a cost of doing business. This was my first time getting my car serviced here, as this dealer is significantly closer to my house, however I will not be returning. I would rather drive 35 minutes out of my way to receive better service. More
