Way too difficult to schedule an appointment, you can and they forward you to service but the phone is never answered and your call is not returned. Dropping my car off at service took over 20 min, this sh they forward you to service but the phone is never answered and your call is not returned. Dropping my car off at service took over 20 min, this should have taken a couple minutes. Instead they helped people arriving after me while associates stood around never offering to help. I called after a couple hours and they said my car was ready, no one contacted me when it was finished. It would be very challenging to do this again especially if something more serious needed attention on my cars More

I used to love audi Hoffman Estate til they decided to try to rip me off,2 time . The 1st time I ask them to close my sunroof manually wich can be done by a simple key by cranking it but instead they ask try to rip me off,2 time .
