The team that actually does the work on the car are great. The service agent that I dealt with was rude and off putting. I got the sense that I was bothering her during the day. After waiting in the lobby for two and a half hours she didn't alert me that my car was done. I just happen to talk to the cashier and found out my car service was complete. This shouldn't reflect poorly on the entire department but when you're a front facing employee maybe try a friendlier tone. More

Selected the 60k Mile service from the website. Service advisor said she was doing it a different way so it was cheaper. The car has 70k miles and has never received any major work, I know the bra Service advisor said she was doing it a different way so it was cheaper. I came to pickup the car and was directed right to the payment desk. When I asked for a review of the work completed I was told I would need to speak with the service manager. She simply came by and said I take good care of the car and everything is good. At other dealers I have been supplied paperwork showing a report of what was done, I had to ask for this and was given a sort of attitude when I did. I was told my brakes are at 10mm which is impossible seeing I never replaced them, also asked about a noise I was hearing on the brake pedal that she stated they could not find but is very noticeable every time you hit the brakes. I am not confident I received the service I signed up for and for $700 only had an oil change, air filter, and cabin air filter replaced. I am in the market for a new SQ5 and actually test drove one at this dealership a couple weeks before but can say I likely will not purchase from here seeing how they managed this service. More

I had originally intended to bring my car unto Morton Grove for service since that is where I leased it. However their location did not appear on the Audi app for some reason.
