Audi Hoffman Estates - Service Center

Anthony Buchanan helped me out twice in the service center for my Audi with honesty and integrity. The first time my car wouldn’t start and there was a known recall on the starter and alternator so th center for my Audi with honesty and integrity. The first time my car wouldn’t start and there was a known recall on the starter and alternator so they replaced those parts free of charge and the vehicle was running again! The second time, I thought I needed a replacement battery because the car wouldn’t start sometimes and said the battery was low. They diagnosed it and found that all it needed was a good charge, so they charged it for me and got my Audi running again, have had no issues since. He could have easily upsold me on a battery I didn’t need so I am super grateful and would trust this guy and this team of people at Audi Hoffman Estates with anything that comes up moving forward. Bought an extra set of keys so will be back here soon! 😄👍✨ More
