I've been a loyal customer for 10 years. I took my car in for regular maintenance today and was informed that they are now charging a 2.8% fee when you use your credit card to pay for servic I took my car in for regular maintenance today and was informed that they are now charging a 2.8% fee when you use your credit card to pay for service. Really? This dealership has made a decision to pass along the cost of doing business to it's customers. Well this isn't going to fly with me. This dealership has just lost a customer. I encourage people to not allow companies who have clearly made high profits these last few years to pass along their costs on to consumers. Shop around for a dealership that doesn't nickel and dime their customers. More

For an Audi dealership, it’s too basic. No stations with private seating areas, but we feel like so much more could be done to make it better.
