Carlo Gilli was fantastic from start to finish and the great service didn’t stop the purchase was complete. He also sent me tutorial videos and called me to see if I had any follow up questions. Great service from when I dropped off my car to when I picked it up. Anthony was helpful and was able to procure a ride so I could go back to work after dropping off my car. Not happy with service ; they found several things wrong but I had brought the car in about 10 months ago. Had a hard time getting in touch with the service guy. They basically charged me close to $1000 and but I had brought the car in about 10 months ago. Had a hard time getting in touch with the service guy. They basically charged me close to $1000 and they did not do anything to really fix the problems. Only good thing is that they switched out my license plate for free. More
