At least you could tell me ahead of time and I would have brought my checkbook. The $23 you charged me for using my card HAS to be well in excess of what my credit card company would charge you for processing ONE transaction. Disappointed More

The employee then told me some “suggestions” of things to have done on my car despite no one even looking at my car. It took me over an hour to drop my car off and get the loaner. … what a waste of time that completely defeated the purpose of me requesting a loaner. I also think making your customers pay a 2.8% credit card fee is a bit ridiculous. Audi is supposed to be a “high end brand” yet I feel nickeled and dimed. Credit card fees are a cost of doing business. This was my first time getting my car serviced here, as this dealer is significantly closer to my house, however I will not be returning. I would rather drive 35 minutes out of my way to receive better service. More
