Went for the first time to get my A4 serviced. AC was blowing hot and needed a 95k service. Check in was nice and easy dropped the car off at 10 and was told I’d hear later in the day. Never heard back. Called the next morning, never heard back. Called a 3rd time and finally got transferred to Aimee, who was not my original service rep. She was great, had all the info and stayed in touch. Even found a way to save me a little money on a $2000+ repair. I’m just all about managing expectations. Just return a call and tell me what’s going on. I’m a first time customer at a high end dealership, and I’ll soon be in the market for a new car. I was just expecting better. (But Aimee was great).
