I had my routine servicing done at the Hardeeville dealership. The guys were friendly and polite, and the service departments checked the items I requested. I was greeted by a friendly professional and my car was seen almost immediately. Once finished, he went over their findings with me and sent me on my way. The only negative is I told him what was probably wrong with it - which is what turned out to be what he said, and I got charged $200 for about an hours worth of a machine diagnosising my car & someone tightening my spark plugs. Monday am, I called the service department to help understand what my options were. They made an emergency appointment for same day, directed me to the on-site Hertz (courtesy vehicles were understandably booked) and I was off. Picked up car on Wednesday and no problems for the rest of our visit and 7 hour drive home. Well done! More
I had a problem with both my upper rear lights going out at once, after prior experience with service dept, which took Mike Locastro’s help to satisfy me I was very reluctant to return. Today I was greeted by Aimee, who could not have more caring and professional and made me feel at ease. I explained the problem to her and she agreed that it was very odd. Said let me go to service dept and ask, came back took the car in and within five minutes my car was back and the lights were working again. This was all done by just stopping by and no appointment. This is what I call excellent customer service by Aimee. Renewed my faith in the dealership and as long as she is there I will only be dealing with her. Outstanding employee, don’t lose her. Went for the first time to get my A4 serviced. AC was blowing hot and needed a 95k service. Check in was nice and easy dropped the car off at 10 and was told I’d hear later in the day. Never heard back. Called the next morning, never heard back. Called a 3rd time and finally got transferred to Aimee, who was not my original service rep. She was great, had all the info and stayed in touch. Even found a way to save me a little money on a $2000+ repair. I’m just all about managing expectations. Just return a call and tell me what’s going on. I’m a first time customer at a high end dealership, and I’ll soon be in the market for a new car. I was just expecting better. (But Aimee was great).
