I had my routine servicing done at the Hardeeville dealership. The guys were friendly and polite, and the service departments checked the items I requested. I was greeted by a friendly professional and my car was seen almost immediately. Once finished, he went over their findings with me and sent me on my way. The only negative is I told him what was probably seen almost immediately. Once finished, he went over their findings with me and sent me on my way. The only negative is I told him what was probably wrong with it - which is what turned out to be what he said, and I got charged $200 for about an hours worth of a machine diagnosising my car & someone tightening my spark plugs. Disaster averted on a family reunion trip to Hilton Head. Our dashboard lit up with a number of dire warning icons. En route (on Sunday), I booked an appointment for Thursday. Monday am, I called the service department to help understand what my options were. They made an emergency appointment for same day, directed me to the on-site Hertz (courtesy vehicles were understandably booked) and I was off. Picked up car on Wednesday and no problems for the rest of our visit and 7 hour drive home. Well done! More
