$2200 for them to tell me to junk my 2011 Audi Q5 Charged me $2200 for them to diagnose a problem with my 2011 Audi Q5 that they have serviced since we moved here. I had to tow it to another repair shop for a 2nd opinion before we junk it. They got really greedy when Peacock took over. I have a 2015 Audi Q5 as well -- I will never be going back there! More

ON VACATION FROM OHIO, SUPERIOR SERVICE EXPERIENCE! our 2017 A7 had a check engine light come on during our drive from Ohio. Called dealer Monday and was told to bring it in,and was given a 2018 A6,as a our 2017 A7 had a check engine light come on during our drive from Ohio. Called dealer Monday and was told to bring it in,and was given a 2018 A6,as a loaner. John ,In service was extremely cordial, and kept us updated during our week in Sea pines as to the needed warranty repairs (new fuel injectors). Our A7 was ready in a couple of days, and was even washed and detailed when we picked it up. I cannot emphasize how professional and courteous the staff was ,and for someone who was from out of state, with a car not even purchased from their location. also of note is the new facility, which is amazingly large, bright, and clean. Sales Manager Michael Bates is the BEST! Michael Bates is the BEST! A few weeks ago we found ourselves stranded on US-95. Our Audi was towed to Audi Hilton Head. It was the end of the day an Michael Bates is the BEST! A few weeks ago we found ourselves stranded on US-95. Our Audi was towed to Audi Hilton Head. It was the end of the day and we had no idea where we were. Mr. Bates generously gave us a ride to the hotel. He showed us where we could eat and where we could take our son for entertainment as we waited for our car to be repaired. He called us the next day to make sure we had gotten settled in and check on the status of our vehicle. While we were completely upset over the situation he put us at ease and provided help when we truly needed it the most. Thank you again, Mr. Bates. Hardeeville is lucky to have you. More

Road trip car blues My husband I were on a road trip from Wisconsin to Florida, when our Q7 started making a noise in Atlanta Sunday traffic. We arrived in Savannah GA a My husband I were on a road trip from Wisconsin to Florida, when our Q7 started making a noise in Atlanta Sunday traffic. We arrived in Savannah GA and were directed to Hilton Head Audi in Hardeeville, S.C. Stephanie got us in ASAP even though they had a busy Monday morning schedule. Unfortunately, the engine was blown due to a mechanical failure. Everyone at the dealership was so kind and understanding to our plight, taking the time to explain our options. They rented a car overnight for us, to give us time to sort things out being so far from home. We were not in a position to buy a new car,and they understood and helped us secure a long term rental to finish our trip. We arrived in Florida and have been in continued contact to resolve the car situation. They treated us as though we were long time customers. I think they should be a model for all dealerships! More

They responded well to a late service issue - which they covered within the initial stated time period. Also while there I got involved in a possible new car purchase - which while I did not action - was caused by a personal issue on my side. I also purchased a set of new Michelin Pilot Suoer Sports tires from this dealership at a price very competitive with that available on line from Tire Rack.com. More
