I worked with Aimee Giansanti as my Service Consultant. As an Audi owner for more than 25 years, my expectations for service on my Audi are quite high. I have always found Audi Service to be on a par with the excellence of the automobile itself. Ms. Giansanti exceeded my expectations. Beginning with my initial call to schedule my service appointment I found her to be quite accommodating with the date and time that best fit my schedule. On arrival at the dealership I was assisted promptly and in a courteous manner. I chose to wait for the car and she continuously gave me updates as to the progress on my service and the findings of the Service Technician. Upon completion she reviewed the paperwork with me thoroughly and the .costs were in line with the estimate she had given me when I made my appointment. The Car was washed and vacuumed and Ms. Giansanti even drove the car up to the door for me herself. She is a credit to your organization. I will not only return to Audi Hilton Head for all of my future Audi needs but will not hesitate to recommend them wholeheartedly. More

Way overpriced for serving plus my car should be in recall for malfunction with engine due to burning oil not much help in solving this problem except to charge more than the car is worth to fix!! All I have read this is a problem with certain Audi Models and certain year models. Very disappointed in Audi I bought my car new and have all serving that was required.
