Service was good, but wait was as usual long. I came at scheduled time, and they sad it will be about an hour, it was 3 hours of my waisted time. I find the sales staff to be very snobby. This is our 5th Audi and just because we enter in casual clothing they look down on you. My Audi A3 steering was was locked, called dealer to see what could be done. I called tow truck but after leaving car off for 20 minutes it was working.
