Hilton Head Audi over charge customers ,untrustworthy, poor leadership and customer service. I was very disappointed with the service and interaction with the General manager Michael... he was very noncha poor leadership and customer service. I was very disappointed with the service and interaction with the General manager Michael... he was very nonchalant and rude. Unfortunately, this is the only dealership in this area therefore.....we will have to follow up on all completed repairs to ensure we got quality work for the problem needed not work to over charge customers for a higher price tag to meet their service numbers for the quarter.
