I recently took my Audi to Autonation for some service and had the pleasure of working with Service Advisor Steven. He kept me updated throughout the day on the status of my car, including any issues that were discovered during the inspection. Steven was also very patient in answering all of my questions and providing me with the information I needed to make informed decisions about my car. What impressed me the most about Steven was his attention to detail and his commitment to providing excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to ensure that my car was serviced properly and that I was completely satisfied with the results. I felt like I was in good hands the entire time and that Steven truly cared about my experience as a customer. Hilton Head Audi over charge customers ,untrustworthy, poor leadership and customer service. I was very disappointed with the service and interaction with the General manager Michael... he was very noncha poor leadership and customer service. Unfortunately, this is the only dealership in this area therefore.....we will have to follow up on all completed repairs to ensure we got quality work for the problem needed not work to over charge customers for a higher price tag to meet their service numbers for the quarter.
