This was my first Audi experience and I wasn’t impressed. Upon arriving I stood at the desk area for at least 10 minutes before I was even greeted. Which is a normal thing unless you’re a regular. (I watched as other customers entered) Everyone there seemed rude and this was confirmed when I went to check out. After my service was completed and I was given my paperwork. Dante says “hey you might get an email from Audi about your visit today” he then demands that I give him a 5 star rating! “He said everything less than 5 means I failed “I said that you should at least ask me to instead of telling me. He replied with “I gave you a 5 star service so I expect a 5 star review! Wrong answer Dante! I’m actually thinking about canceling my upcoming appointment and driving all the way to Atlanta for my services. More
