My latest visit was a disappointment, I purchased a certified pre-owned Mercedes from them, the wrong size tires were on the car, I had to replace them in April of 2022, it has been a year from the pur certified pre-owned Mercedes from them, the wrong size tires were on the car, I had to replace them in April of 2022, it has been a year from the purchase date and I understand that, but the wrong size tires were placed on the vehicle by them, and they said that there is nothing they can do. This dealership cannot be trusted. Bought a service contract and due to the pandemic, did not get the car in, they took over 1,000.00 dollars and refused to honor any of it.
