Buyer Beware: Fraudulent Dealer Transaction - out of state purchase I purchased a BMW M5 two months ago from Audi Henderson. The car was disclosed as having full car Paint Protection Film and being state purchase I purchased a BMW M5 two months ago from Audi Henderson. The car was disclosed as having full car Paint Protection Film and being in excellent condition. Just before purchasing the car I called the salesperson about a Private Party Inspection and talked me out of it, saying - Audi Henderson only sells great condition cars since they sell Audi and Lamborghini. I can trust their inspection process… And, “If anything isn’t right we will make it right….” The car was delivered to me where I live via transport. It was easy to see there was no paint protection film whatsoever. It had been removed leaving behind chipped paint and old adhesive from the film. There are also other material issues as a result of a substantial collision. Not only had the car been wrecked, but it had also been poorly repaired. The side of the car is not straight as a result of the accident and not repaired. Yes, it’s literally curved. According to multiple opinions of collision repair centers the repainted side of the car has been done poorly and will be costly to repair to the condition described in dealer sales correspondence. Within 1 business of delivery I let them know the issues and they asked me to get quotes to "make it right". So I had some sense of relief. My estimates ranged from $15,031-$16,166 to have the car brought back to the described condition in sales. These estimates did not include other damage - bent wheel, tire with a slash in the sidewall, and broken steering column cover all likely a result of the collision. When I sent them the numbers I waited but persistently and kindly followed up for weeks…. And I finally got a call. They would give me $1700 for repairs or buy back the car I just had delivered for $9k less than I purchased the car. When I let them know that was not an acceptable offer they said they would get back with me… They didn’t. I have followed up several times with the salesman John Wendt and he has asked the used car manager, Luke Malmedal and the GM Petar Apostolov, to call me back. They have ignored my requests. The used car manager, Luke Malmedal, admitted they made an untrue claim on the paint protection film. He then said Audi Henderson would do nothing about the non-disclosed accident, even though there is evidence of the dealer uncovering this in their “used car inspection process”. I was sold a car that was claimed to be in “excellent condition with full car paint protection film” and received a car with no film with substantial damage. I have extensive documentation from the dealer - videos sent through their website, video texts, text messages, emails, and phone log. The documentation shows their claims, descriptions, errors, and omissions. Audi Henderson has admitted this, acknowledging it in writing, but has made no effort to make it right, committing outright fraud as a result. Avoid at ALL costs. More
