The experience with Audi Hawthorne has been disappointing and upsetting. I leased a 2019 S4 from them on October 21st of 2019 and the car started experiencing audio issues within the first couple weeks after and upsetting. I leased a 2019 S4 from them on October 21st of 2019 and the car started experiencing audio issues within the first couple weeks after I took it off the lot. The radio, Bluetooth and iPhone glitches caused the car to have some sort of static noise pop up instead of the proper audio. The car was brought in on November 20th and sat in their lot for about a week before anything was done. Then came the magical part that was going to be ordered and of course, it was on backorder. The car then stayed in the lot for over 2 weeks and made its way in and out of the shop 3 times. The managers on the sales end (Nick and Percy) were the most incompetent and egotistical customer service representatives I’ve ever met in my life. After arguing with them on many things, Percy told me it’s the manufacturers fault and not his. He even compared when going to Best Buy and buying a TV that’s broken to a similar situation. There was also talk of a repayment on the lease for the month of November since it sat in their lot doing nothing. I picked up the car today (December 23rd) and now they will attempt to reach out to corporate for that payment. I asked why wasn’t that done last month? And the answer was simply that they needed to replace this module before sending the request. All in all, Audi as a brand showed that the money is their only worry. If your brand new car comes with difficulties, corporate and their dealers don’t care. I recommend going to the nearest BMW or Mercedes dealer instead of Audi or Audi Hawthorne. I also have dealt with their affiliate (Audi Greenwich) who sold me a rusted out car with 9k miles on it. Stay clear of Audi New Country. They are not the brightest in this industry and sell cars that are defective. I’ve already contacted the BBB and Department of Motor Vehicles on the unethical ways of these dealers. More
