Wonderful experience all around It would seem to be an oxymoron to say that buying a car was a hassle-free, enjoyable experience, but I can honestly say that the staf of Audi Hawthor It would seem to be an oxymoron to say that buying a car was a hassle-free, enjoyable experience, but I can honestly say that the staf of Audi Hawthorne made purchasing a vehicle quite pleasant. I first "met" Aniello virtually while shopping online. He responded to my emails nearly instantly and had the exact car i wanted-and at a price significantly better than other dealers offered. I arrived at the dealership late on Saturday-in fact after hours-but he stayed late, answered all my questions, and never rushed me. He delivered on his promises-there were no games. Likewise, every other employee I dealt with there was professional, friendly and helpful. Because I could not stay for an introduction to my car on the day I picked it up, Christopher gave me a quick overview of the vehicle and arraigned for me to make a weekend appointment to fully learn the features--there were many it turns out!. Christopher even called me on his day off to confirm the upcoming appointment. More
This dealership is amazing I have to start off by saying that I am a long time BMW fanatic, I've only had BMWs for over 20 years. That being said my wife was looking into gettin I have to start off by saying that I am a long time BMW fanatic, I've only had BMWs for over 20 years. That being said my wife was looking into getting a Q5 to replace her Mercedes so I stopped into the new Audi dealership in Hawthorne just to check it out. Long story short I met with Rafael who couldn't have been more patient, courteous and easy to deal with. After telling him about my wife's car I also told him that my BMW convertible's lease was coming up in a few months and asked him if I could test drive the S5 convertible. I won't bore you with all of the details but I wound up test driving the car a few times that day because I couldn't believe the difference between it and my BMW 4 series convertible. Raphael introduced me to Nick, the general manager, who made a point of introducing himself to all of the new customers coming in. Rafael and Nick worked with me on putting together a fantastic deal buying out both leases on my wife's car and my convertible. I really can't say enough about these guys and I can't stress how devoted I was to BMW and the BMW salesperson that I've been using for decades. These guys converted me. Everything is done with the utmost professionalism, there's no bs. They Bent over backwards to make me comfortable and completely understood my emotional attachment to BMW and gently began showing me a number of the benefits of the Audi based on my needs. I think that this is the most important part of my review of these guys, Rafael and Nick asked me about me. They asked me about what I needed and wanted and tried to cater to those needs as opposed to just trying to get me to buy a car. Ultimately they delivered on both cars and I couldn't be more thrilled. Today was my first day with my new S5 convertible in the first call I got at work this morning was from Rafael just to check in and see how I enjoyed the ride to work. This review wouldn't be complete without mentioning Paola Posada who handles finance and had everything together and ready to be signed as soon as I walked in. The paperwork process of buying the car was seamless, everything was together and maybe I spent 10 minutes in her office signing papers and writing the deposit. Next came my experience with Chris. Chris is an incredibly charming young man who may be one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. He's incredibly knowledgeable about the car and had an answer for every question that I had. He made sure that everything was perfect in the car, he even double checked my old car to make sure that I had taken everything out of it. Chris brought my car into a special "delivery bay" that's bright, comfortable and heated so they could walk me through the car. Chris spent almost an hour walking me through every button and option on the car. I'm a pretty technologically savvy person but Chris's meticulous explanation of the car opened my eyes to the outstanding technological capabilities that Audi has to offer. Like some of the other reviews on here I don't usually like going to car dealerships, I always feel like I'm getting taken advantage of and it's probably one of the reasons why stuck with my person at BMW for all of these years. These guys care, I feel like I'm part of the Audi family. Rafeal gave me his personal cell phone number as did Chris even offered to have me come back with the car with any questions so I could review all of the information that he gave me during our walk-through. If you've made it this far in the review and I'll just wrap up and say that I'm a true fan. These guys are fantastic and even though I'm only one day into my S5 and four days into our Q5 I know that I'm going back when my lease is up to work with them again on my next car. Rick More
I Hated Dealers Until I Walked Into This One I've been buying and leasing cars for 10 years now and I have seen dealers in many different states, including north and south of the Mason Dixon line I've been buying and leasing cars for 10 years now and I have seen dealers in many different states, including north and south of the Mason Dixon line. I love cars, but I've never enjoyed a single second I ever spent in a dealership. Walking into Audi Hawthorne was like walking into a spaceship. Everything was clean, a salesperson (Aniello DeVita) saw me within 2 minutes of arrival on a Saturday. I knew what I was looking for, but I had a strict budget and a fiance who was very particular about the car we were getting. I test drove two vehicles by myself the first Saturday. Aniello and I emailed all week and found cars that fit my profile and scheduled the test drives. I showed up the following Saturday with my fiance and Aniello had three vehicles gassed up and ready for us to drive. We each drove the Audi S5, SQ5, and the S3. After we test drove them all, my fiance decided she wanted to try the S5 again and Aniello gladly obliged. We decided that the S3 was our best option for our budget and performance needs. I also had two months left on my GTI lease, which Audi Hawthorne helped close off and take in early. VW->Audi is a logical upgrade. Next came the options, and boy was that difficult. One of the main concerns was the sound system. After having custom audio in all my cars, I was a bit spoiled with sound quality. We tested out stock and upgraded audio system on various models, even blasting music on the dealership floor to make sure we liked it. No issues from anyone! They understand that when you're buying a $50k car, every little bit matters. Aniello and the General Manager, Nick Belli, worked hard with me to find vehicles that had the options that I wanted, and we found one.. Unfortunately, that dealership refused to ship the car over. Nick and Aniello knew how much I wanted the S3 on the showroom floor, and they made me an offer on it that I accepted. All in all, we exchanged a quick phone call and we had a pickup date. The car was in the bay ready for us, license plated and all. We had a quick chat with Paola in finance and purchased the additional AudiCare (you should really do this, highly recommended). Paperwork all signed in less than 20 minutes and we were ready to go. Chris Gelletich was really nice and helped walk my fiance around all the options of the car. Luckily, I already read the manual before even picking it up! He walked her through bluetooth, camera, GPS, options, etc. He was really nice to work with and will surely end up in sales soon! All in all, a truly fantastic experience at this dealership. I've been to quite a few and dealt with so many unprofessional sales people. Not once did I receive an unwanted phone call. Not once was anything pushed on to me. Not once did I feel like my request was too much. The coffee is delicious too, so I wouldn't mind waiting there for Service. Thanks Audi Hawthorne!
