Jason was not pushy at all and totally understood our situation. He was genuine in his approach and was willing to work with us on making sure we made a purchase that fit within our budget. Since we couldn't close our deal in the same day due to timing conflicts, Jason came in on his day off to see the deal through & continued to follow up with my wife and I following the deals closure for anything we needed. Paola & Nick assisted with making the deal seamless with paperwork and pricing as well. They allowed us the time we needed to sufficiently read what we were signing up for and running our numbers to make sure everything was correct with our budget. They were not the typical pushy car salesman and quickly responded to any questions or issues we had. The process took a couple hours but it was worth it. When the vehicle was ready Christopher assisted us with showing all the features and answering questions we had related to the car's functionality. He was really nice, patient, and he seems like he's got a bright future. My wife and I love the new vehicle and it was an awesome purchase. It started with a lot of back and forth emails and phone calls with Aniello, who was super responsive and always clear in his replies. While the Q7 my wife wanted was not initially in inventory, Aniello was able to find her an alternative that not only met her specific taste, but kept us in the budget and pricing terms we were looking for. We were coming off of an X5 lease, so it was going to take a lot to get us to deal with switching brands. Aniello and Audi Hawthorne made the switch back to Audi worthwhile. Also, the paperwork and pickup experience was flawless and enjoyable. Paola had everything in order, so it was quick and efficient.
