Visited Audi Hawthorne about a month ago for a test drive and I must say I was highly impressed by their customer service. I visited other Audi Dealerships on my search and they couldn't compare. I met with and I must say I was highly impressed by their customer service. I visited other Audi Dealerships on my search and they couldn't compare. I met with Carmelo and I must say he was amazing he is very professional and explained everything to me about the car I was there to test drive and answered all of my questions. I must say he is very passionate about his job. I also met Aniello the sales manager and he was just as professional and let me know I was in good hands. I let them both know that they blew the other Audi Dealerships out of the water and that I was highly impressed. There was absolutely zero pressure and I was very comfortable during my whole time there. I must say that Audi Hawthorne is probably the best dealership I have been to in my entire life and if you are in the market for an Audi I highly recommend checking them out. Also a big shout out to Ricky who I dealt with all payments. He was very professional and very patient in dealing with me and my credit union. In the end I ended up purchasing a 2021 Audi A4 and I could not be happier with everyone at this dealership. Thanks for an amazing experience Carmelo , Ricky and Aniello. But especially Carmelo he really deserves recognition. He is truly passionate about his job and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves after corporate reads this review. I am 110% satisfied that I happened to stumble into Audi Hawthorne. The entire team took the stress and headaches out of car shopping. More
Only dealership that tried to charge a 25K markup over MSRP on a premium model. Went to two other places, charged a more reasonable 10K. Probably just an inexperienced sales kid, but beware. Never lease or buy a car from this dealership. Avoid at all costs. I leased a 2021 A4 from them and it has been nothing but problems from the moment I drove the car off the lot. I’ve had to take the car in for service of electronic and mechanical issues a half dozen time in 2 years. They have zero loaner cars available. The service department is quite possibly the worst service department of any dealership in westchester. They replaced a taillight on my brand new car because of electrical issues and left the interior panel off the car which allowed water in and fried the wiring. This meant my car had to be in their shop for over a week waiting for replacement parts for an issue or entirely their doing. Everyone at the dealership from the general manager down to the service reps are rude, inconsiderate and downright awful at their jobs. I could not caution against using this dealership anymore strongly. Beware! More
Exceptional experience. Started with the website and the comprehensive information found there. Having an appointment set and the Audi SQ5 prepared for my arrival. After driving over 2 hours it was nice to arrive and have the vehicle I came to see clean and out front. Marty in sales got the process going as far as pricing and taking the SQ5 for a test drive. Tracey helped out when it came to a fair value on my trade and a good price on the car I was hoping to purchase. Then Jason helped to wrap things up by securing financing and completing paperwork. Chris showed me around my new SQ5 and all its technology and features. I was able to take my new SQ5 home the same day which was essential to me and they accommodated without being pushy or adding any pressure. They did not take advantage of my lack of available time to shop and negotiate. I got a good price to begin with, even in these crazy times we are in now. If you’re shopping for an Audi give Audi Hawthorne a look and make sure to ask for Marty when you get there. More
Worst experience I have ever had in any dealership. .. staff was arrogant, borderline rude, and basically said "10% over sticker price, that's what you're going to pay for the car" Didn't care to explai .. staff was arrogant, borderline rude, and basically said "10% over sticker price, that's what you're going to pay for the car" Didn't care to explain anything, and was basically implying it's what they say and that's it... well, I promptly left and took my business elsewhere. Each individual gave us solid and supportive advice, they did not try to jack up the prices unfairly (like other dealers are doing as a result of COVID-19) and they helped us understand the pros and cons of our choices. Leonard and Tracey helped find a vehicle that fit my overall criteria, price range, and preferred colors within 2 weeks of my first visit to the dealership. During a time when inventory is at an extreme low. There are no vehicles available. But they found the perfect one for me. And made the process as seamless as possible. Leonard is a true professional, and in 3 years when my lease is up, I hope to work with him again. More
