A year ago my service writer convinced me to prepay for my next service, but for some reason it was set up to expire in nine months, well before I would be expected to hit the mileage. This wasn’t pointed my next service, but for some reason it was set up to expire in nine months, well before I would be expected to hit the mileage. This wasn’t pointed out to me at the time. As a result, I’ve lost several hundred dollars. Clearly, I feel ripped off. Since I opted not to do the full service, I wasn’t given a loaner car, which means I ended up sitting for two hours in their waiting area among employees not wearing masks. More
