They did re whhen the work was complete and they brought the car out I noticed that money was missing, and they were going through my center armrest. They did reimburse my the money, but what kind of people do they have working there that you have to be concerned everytime you bring in your car. Running out of service centers. every center is a new aggravation. Guess now I have to completly empty my car of everything before bringing it into another service center. I would not recommend audi to anyone if this is what you have to deal with. Had a few people already ask me if I like the car because they were thinking of buying one, and told them trust me, don't get one. The service centers suck. More
Service is terrible! First time I brought my TT in for service, I also had two other issues including the rear seat belt buckles being locked up within the receptacles and a loose seat belt on the right s service, I also had two other issues including the rear seat belt buckles being locked up within the receptacles and a loose seat belt on the right side. The service was done; when I checked the back seats, my leather had been visibly scratched up (and my car was only 6 months old!) and the buckles dented. The loose seatbelt was not fixed and when I confronted John at the front desk, he told me that it's still functional and it would be a hassle to order parts so until it becomes a bigger bother, don't fix it. I was furious about the scratches in the rear seats so I called the manager who denied that it was them. He told me he'd call me back the next day after an investigation - I obviously never got the call back. I was preoccupied with other things so I did not follow up. However, I just made another appointment to fix more problems for my TT. When I got there, I was told that I'd need to make another appointment because I got there after 9am. But I was never told WHEN to bring the car in on that day, so how should I know?! I took the day off for this hassle and now I have to take another day off. Go to Anchor Audi instead! More
Stay away for this nightmare of a dealership. Although Stay away for this nightmare of a dealership. Although I had heard rumors about the service at Biener Audi, I still bought my A4 from them. Biener Stay away for this nightmare of a dealership. Although I had heard rumors about the service at Biener Audi, I still bought my A4 from them. Biener Audi as it’s the nearest dealer to my home. I went ahead with the purchase thinking the comments must be exaggerated. I brought my A4 in for the first service and immediately knew the complaints about the service at this dealership were no exaggerations. When I purchased my A4, I was told I would receive an A4 as a loaner when needed. They attempted to provide an older SUV whose size I found intimidating but, I decided I could manage for the day. I went to get into the car and was astonished to find that Beiner Audi could let a customer get into such a filthy, torn up vehicle. The carpets were stained with a black substance, the leather seats were so worn the leather looked cracked, the center console was full of what looked like dried soda and food crumbs. I went back to the receptionist and advised her that the car they brought me was not acceptable. She informed that was the only loaner available but, Beiner would rent a car from Hertz for me. Hertz showed up with an Altima, I was not happy but, I figured I could drive this for a couple of hours while my car was being serviced. The Altima was so light in weight that passing 18 wheelers nearly blew me off the road. Several hours later, the service agent advised me that they needed to order parts for my car. He also informed me to bring the Altima back and he would have an A4 loaner for me. When I arrived, they had an A4 loaner. This car was in the same filthy condition as the SUV offered that morning. I asked for the manager who was very sorry and proceeded to blame the dirty car on the car wash across the street. He also informed me that there was nothing wrong with the Altima, “my wife drives one”. I informed him that if his wife chooses to drive the Altima that’s fine but, I chose an Audi A4. I did not feel comfortable in the Altima especially now that it was raining. Besides I had purchased the A4 with the understanding that an A4 would be provided when a loaner was necessary. They immediately took the car to be cleaned and it did come back a little better. The seats were really dirty and the steering wheel was still sticky. I had wasted several hours and had had enough. The staff at this dealership seemed to understand that their services policies were seriously lacking but, were powerless to do anything about it. Management really needs to wake up. The service quality poor ( dings in my door - I had to leave the car for a few extra days to fix the bady damage and paint the door).Had to go there 3 times for a diagnosis on a check engine light. They l leave the car for a few extra days to fix the bady damage and paint the door).Had to go there 3 times for a diagnosis on a check engine light. They lied about the what's going on with the car...saying that they spent more than 2 hours to connect to the car's computer and they need more time ( they need me to pay extra) to trace the wiring because something it has to be broken. This was a big lie because I was able to pool faulty code out with a universal scaner and when I show them they tried to convince me that is not an official code, it actualy states that there is no communication with the computer. The code was P 1128 (17536).I broght the documentation the next day to the manager and then he approved that is an official code. Then they told me to have the injectors cleaned for $300 and that is gonna fix the problem because there is nothing else wrong with the car and they even promissed me the problem will go away...after this was when I had to leave the car there for 3 days because the ding on the door.Took it after 3 days check engine was back on.They said bring the car back.Another 2 days and then they came up with the faulty MAF sensor...wich it was one of the parts I suggested to be checked along with the vacum lines because that is where the faulty code is comming from(air intake sistem). So they asked me for another $514 to have that replaced.Total $950 for a bad MAF sensor wich cost $220.The rest of $730 was for labor and diagnosis. That means about 6.5 hours at their hourly rate. I know the sensor takes abpout 20-30 minutes labor to be replaced...so, it results in 6 hours of diagnosis. What can I say more than this? Definetly I shorted this out and I missed a lot of details of my story...but I'm just thinking if in this case when they knew I'm not "out of space" about this problem and I even gave them suggestion about what I need to be checked ...what happens with people that have no ideea and just go there leave the car and come back to pay when it is done? Just this one bad sensor cost me about 10% of what my car is worth on the market.By the way it is a 2001 TT roadster, quatro, manual tranny with 27 000 miles. I'm seriously thinking if AUDI is for me, or maybe just for rich people who can afford and don't care about beeing ripped of by somebody that just beeing licenced is using AUDI's name anyway possible to get rich. Had my car towed due to stalling problems. Audi roadside assistance was quick and effective. Dealer called me within 1 hour of my car being towed(dealership is around 35 minutes from my house). I explai assistance was quick and effective. Dealer called me within 1 hour of my car being towed(dealership is around 35 minutes from my house). I explained my problem, he said that they will look into it and call me back later in the afternoon. Called back about 5 hours later saying they found the problem, fixed it and car was ready. Car seems to be running fine so far, apparently it was a faulty fuel pump. More
I returned and leased my second AUDI A4 from Beiner because the service and general knowledge are excellent. I know cars technically, and I appreciate competent work. Besides, they are honest and fr because the service and general knowledge are excellent. I know cars technically, and I appreciate competent work. Besides, they are honest and friendly. I expect to do it again for he third time when this lease is up. And besides, the A4 Quattro is a remarkable machine - I love it. I would and have recommended Beiner to anyone. More
