CPO work Bought an S5 Cab CPO. When i picked up the car i had a grind and a shimmy. Not as it should be. Took it in to service. Louis was super helpful. Bought an S5 Cab CPO. When i picked up the car i had a grind and a shimmy. Not as it should be. Took it in to service. Louis was super helpful. They found that some work had been indicated on the CPO check list but hadn't been performed (bad). They fixed a wheel bearing and two wheels. Shimmy remained. Today brought it back and they put 4 new tires on the car - n/c and an apology! Throughout this process Louis was super friendly (nice Audi loaners each time) proactive with keeping me informed and did the right thing. Service area is really clean, the dropoff setup is nice, overall the experience was a lot better than any of the CT dealers i ever visited. Makes me think I keep bringing my car there as long as it is under warranty. My sales guy (Alan Wilner) also kept tabs on what was going on which made me feel good about them wanting to get things right. Nice Job, Louis!. More
The service dept is an unorganized mess or so it seems like it. Dont even bother asking for a loaner. My regularly due maintenance was supposed to be done in one or 2 hours or so said the service dept on like it. Dont even bother asking for a loaner. My regularly due maintenance was supposed to be done in one or 2 hours or so said the service dept on the phone, it ended up taking over 6+hours and the bill rang up in the thousands. I have had bills come in the thousands for maintenance work...We bought expensive cars i understand, i didnt even make a big deal about it to them but the bad customer service that came along with the expensive bill is the real headline here. One example, when i went in for the 20,000 mile maintenance and ask for a loaner, sorry no cars available but dont worry its just an oil change so it should be an 1 hour or 2. I get there early take my car in and am greeted i think??? No real eye contact from anyone, not the receptionist, not the service dept manager, no one. Ok so he takes the keys tells me to wait at the waiting area with no idea how long itll take he says. Ok i have a job and work to go to so i wait the 2 hours only to find out my car hasn't even been taken in the shop yet. 2 hours later!!! I call my friend to pick me up and take me to work. Do you see what i mean with the customer service? If a 2 hour estimate is going to be changed to 6 + hours let the owner of the car know! That's kind of courteous and obvious when it comes to service. So i come back right before the service dept closes to pick up the car. The manager tells me hes busy(packing up and finishing up things so he could leave) and CANT get my car so I should go back into the lot myself and find it and pick it up. I end up having to go back into their lot and find my car among 50 other audis and make a 20 point k turn to get out. I was so fed up i told my relative to take the car in for the next maintenance check up. He was subjected to the same treatment as me. No loaner car of course, and overall a detached staff that doesnt seem to care after the car has been sold to you. Not in the 3 years that i owned this car have i been able to get a loaner for any of my services, most of them taking more than the estimated time by many hours! When i service my Infiniti i can get one without me even asking. They ask ME if i need a loaner because you know i might have to get places like work. Not everyone can hang around the dealer all day waiting for their service to be complete. Even our toyota dealerships hooks us up with a scion when they run out of toyota loaners. We knew better next time and i drove behind my relative to pick him up after he dropped off the car at dealer for service. Their New Car sales team is mediocre at best and their service dept is some place i do not enjoy taking my car to be serviced. Its a shame that they have such bad service as i do like audi cars and am interested in a new one but am hesitant to buy one if it means having to deal with people at biener. The best thing about biener is the newly renovated facilities but dont let that new gleam think you are going into a dealer which cares about customer service(at least the service dept) All that glitters is not gold my friends. They surprise you with a $132 fee to "diagnose your problem," even if you have already targeted the issue. I was blindsided by this fee, as they did not mention anything about it when I called to your problem," even if you have already targeted the issue. I was blindsided by this fee, as they did not mention anything about it when I called to schedule an appointment, and they conveniently fail to mention anything about it on their website. I don't know how this place can compete with the Service Department at Audi of Huntington, where they don't charge such a ridiculous fee. More

we have owned many Audi , and can get a medium level of service and respect. This last year or so we have found Steve - Service Manager to be unwilling to correct service issues in a timely fashion. Furt service and respect. This last year or so we have found Steve - Service Manager to be unwilling to correct service issues in a timely fashion. Furthermore Steve - Service Manager has been responsible for his service staff whom at times worsened the condition of our current A6 through a series of returning our A6 with other new damage and then gets hostile and rude to the piont of a vulger drunken sailor. Service was at its best when Rich Pizzo was in charge- now the General Manager , along with John Pizzo whom is quiet and polite as well as professional. Beiner Audi has been a outstanding Audi dealer on the goldcoast and now seems to be the worst Audi Dealer in the tri-states area. How can anyone expect to do business with a High end( best) brand and not receive the same in service, it seems that Beiner acts like a bucket shop/ boiler room , buyer be ware ripoff establishment. Looking for the BEST and Advanced auto- Audi is that- BEINER is NOT by any measure . More
I bought a 2005 audi A4 from their used car lot. Nice looking car but what a lemon. I had a check engine light that need to be fixed. First, they dont care about your problem or how long you have been wa looking car but what a lemon. I had a check engine light that need to be fixed. First, they dont care about your problem or how long you have been waiting. I made an appointment for 8am and they didnt help me until 845am. I explained to them my problem and they said it could be anything?? The service department manager said they will replance a bunch of hoses and clamps but if the problem comes back that they will replaced something else. WHAT? These are the cars they are supposed to be pros on. Not throw a bunch of parts at it and see if it works. Cost me $1,000 and the problem came back 20miles down the road. Then I asked about getting into a new car. All that happened was a sales guys standing next to me while i looked at cars. I asked a bunch of questions and all i got was one word answers. Come on buddy if you want to make a sale you gotta try and convince me. This place is a poor excuse for a dealership and everyone in there seems miserbale. You can read all of the reviews but trust me on this one. STAY AWAY!!! More
I brought my car in to have the wiper arm replaced. whhen the work was complete and they brought the car out I noticed that money was missing, and they were going through my center armrest. They did re whhen the work was complete and they brought the car out I noticed that money was missing, and they were going through my center armrest. They did reimburse my the money, but what kind of people do they have working there that you have to be concerned everytime you bring in your car. Running out of service centers. every center is a new aggravation. Guess now I have to completly empty my car of everything before bringing it into another service center. I would not recommend audi to anyone if this is what you have to deal with. Had a few people already ask me if I like the car because they were thinking of buying one, and told them trust me, don't get one. The service centers suck. More
Service is terrible! First time I brought my TT in for service, I also had two other issues including the rear seat belt buckles being locked up within the receptacles and a loose seat belt on the right s service, I also had two other issues including the rear seat belt buckles being locked up within the receptacles and a loose seat belt on the right side. The service was done; when I checked the back seats, my leather had been visibly scratched up (and my car was only 6 months old!) and the buckles dented. The loose seatbelt was not fixed and when I confronted John at the front desk, he told me that it's still functional and it would be a hassle to order parts so until it becomes a bigger bother, don't fix it. I was furious about the scratches in the rear seats so I called the manager who denied that it was them. He told me he'd call me back the next day after an investigation - I obviously never got the call back. I was preoccupied with other things so I did not follow up. However, I just made another appointment to fix more problems for my TT. When I got there, I was told that I'd need to make another appointment because I got there after 9am. But I was never told WHEN to bring the car in on that day, so how should I know?! I took the day off for this hassle and now I have to take another day off. Go to Anchor Audi instead! More
