Ralphie is awesome in the service department Recently I was having trouble with the screen display of my GPS system in my new Audi. It was registering that I was driving in Conn when actually I w Recently I was having trouble with the screen display of my GPS system in my new Audi. It was registering that I was driving in Conn when actually I was in Roslyn,NY. I called the service dept and they told me to come right over. Fifteen minutes later I was there and didn't have to wait one minute when the head valet in the Service Dept hopped in my car and immediately saw that the problem was that I had inadvertently hit a button that zoomed my satellite radius to 100 miles. He readjusted it and was extremely pleasant, professional and eager to help me with any other questions I had about the systems in my car. He treated me like I was the most valued customer they had. He was totally knowledgeable and beyond patient with my half hour of questions about the minutaie of my car. He even got a pad an clearly wrote everything down for me! When we were finished he encouraged me to "come back any time and he would be happy to explain anything else". He is a loyal and happy employee and that sets the tone in the entire service dept. Kudos and thanks to Ralphie!! More

From the minute you pull in you are greeted by courteous staff that ensure an easy transition from leaving your car to walking into the Service area. Once in the Service area, every single person working there is knowledge, friendly and professional. The waiting area is comfortable and clean, so if you do have to wait it is a pleasant experience. If you drop off your vehicle, the Service member contacts you as soon as possible to inform you of any issues and advises you so you can make an informed decision, never pressuring you into unesessary work. Your vehicle is always ready when promised, clean and ready to go. I would purchase another Audi from Biener just for the Service Department alone. More

Right from the first meeting, the sales person Charlie Kennedy was extremely helpful in obtaining the registration for me (I am not a US citizen and had never resided in the USA), not an easy task I assure you ! Every time I took my car in for servicing or to replace a tire which was a victim of a NYC pothole, the staff were professional, friendly and performed the work on time. The dealership even paid for 2 tires after Goodyear stopped producing the requisite model. I just had a recall issue repaired and once again, no questions, no problems, the work performed on time. I would definitely recommend Biener to anyone that is thinking of purchasing an Audi, new or used. More
