Yikes-my gas cap wouldn't open It was extremely cold and my gas cap wouldn't open and I was very low on fuel. I drove in and Charlie Graff, my service advisor along with Jonathan P It was extremely cold and my gas cap wouldn't open and I was very low on fuel. I drove in and Charlie Graff, my service advisor along with Jonathan Pizzo helped me immediately and gave me a ride to the diner up the block where I had lunch and when I finished, I texted Charlie, who sent a car to pick me up. My car was finished and in working order and NO charge! This is the type of service I have always received from Biener Audi and I will continue getting my Audi's from them in the future and I've told my close friends of this experience and how great the dealership truly is!
