Everything couldn't have gone smoother Jeremy DeJesus ALWAYS makes sure our service experience goes smoothly. Not an easy feat considering 5 of us in the family own Audis! He assures we Jeremy DeJesus ALWAYS makes sure our service experience goes smoothly. Not an easy feat considering 5 of us in the family own Audis! He assures we get in/out quickly, always has a loaner available if need be. One weekend after service was closed I had an issue and he made himself available to me on his cell phone! Now that's service. He is the epitome of professionalism, extremely knowledgeable and very friendly as well. I can count on great service because Jeremy is beyond amazing. Good service I have been to Biener Audi in the past. My service advisor Charles Graf has always told how long my service of my 2012 audi a7 would take and the serv I have been to Biener Audi in the past.
