excellent service My Audi TT overheated on the road and had it towed to Biener Audi. The service adviser, Jeremy DeJesus was truly exceptional. He got me into a rental My Audi TT overheated on the road and had it towed to Biener Audi. The service adviser, Jeremy DeJesus was truly exceptional. He got me into a rental car immediately and appraised me by phone on the progress of the repair. I worked with him before and he always got back to me as promised . He calls you by your name and is very personable. I dealt with other advisers in the past who promised to call me when the parts came in and never bothered. In one instance an adviser said he would order the parts and they would be here next week. Two month later I called back and the same guy said they would be in two days and he would call. Needless to say he never got back to me. The parts were not really critical so I did not bother until the next inspection.In my opinion, Jeremy is the only person worth dealing with at this dealer. I rate this dealer five stars because of him. More
