Audi Great Neck - Service Center

I’m very disappointed with the service. I did full service on end of June, 2021 & came for inspection sticker. After making an appointment I had to wait almost 3 hours and I’m told inspection is not service on end of June, 2021 & came for inspection sticker. After making an appointment I had to wait almost 3 hours and I’m told inspection is not passed that I will have to drive at least 60 miles because they reset something but I got this car zero mileage in December 2019. It’s unbelievable & I will have to waste again another 2 or 3 hours again & I’m told that they are not even sure if the inspection will pass but only one good thing is that I’m happy that at least Christina understood my concerns but no one else even care. She had been going around & asking few service technicians to find out the problem. It’s ridiculous. I’m not happy at all. More
