Made my Christmas! After spending weeks looking for cars online and in person, I went to Audi and I was a walk in late on a Saturday afternoon. Jake was very kind and in really listening to me on our first test drive had an excellent suggestion of another car he thought would be a good fit. He was right! He and Chris both spent time with me on a Saturday evening (holiday weekend) discussing how to make it work and I know they truly wanted to make it a good experience for me. Chris let me take the car for the weekend which was so perfect because I really needed the additional time and it was great to be able to show it to my kids who were home for the holiday. Chris worked with me to make it happen and I am so grateful and a very happy new owner of a beautiful little BMW! More

The best of the best! We were an easy sell, we loved the car but we ended up loving the guys even more! When we picked up the car Jake Dozeman spent and hour teaching my wi We were an easy sell, we loved the car but we ended up loving the guys even more! When we picked up the car Jake Dozeman spent and hour teaching my wife all about the car. My wife was driving it home we weren't even 10 miles from the dealership when she hit a pot hole in the Glenwood Springs tunnel and blew out the tire. She couldn't pullover in the tunnel so she had to drive until she could find a shoulder. By then the tire was shredded and the rim was ruined. Chris Hamlin not only sent a tow truck to tow her in, he paid for the towing and split the bill for 4 new tires and a new rim! And they were not cheap! Glenwood Springs is a long way from Denver and their 4 dealerships but I would make that trek again! More
