Best customer service you could ask for. They went above and beyond to pick up my car, from 90 miles away, leave me with a loaner and then bring my car back, full of fuel. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. This si the worst dealer I have ever done business with. When I entered I was excited about buying a new car, just as everyone is, but that mood quickly changed. This is an old school dealership and after leaving I felt dirty and needed a shower. They are everything that been wrong with buying a car from a dealership since the internet was invented. The sales manager is complete liar and based on other reviews with responses from the owner, he supports there business practices, which are slimy and just down right disgusting. I am the owner of 6 cars, three of which are collectibles and I can tell you I haven’t been treated or lied to like this since my first car purchase back in the 80’s. They only people that would buy a car from these people don’t know any better, or aren’t educated in how the current car business works. Most dealers are honest and transparent, you may not accept the offer, but at least they don’t insult your intelligence and lie to your face. I mean it’s 2nd grade math, but they seem to think no one passed first grade. Then they get mean cocky and belligerent. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! THIS IS THE STANDARD! I was sick of dealing with my local Audi dealership - getting the run around, car being sold out from under me, bogus trade-in deals that weren't I was sick of dealing with my local Audi dealership - getting the run around, car being sold out from under me, bogus trade-in deals that weren't to my benefit, etc. So, I started searching online for the exact car that I wanted. Entered my name and my contact information on the site were I found what I was looking for. Chris Hamlin called me within hours and asked, "How can I earn your business?" I told him my experiences with my local dealership and said, bottom line, don't do that. I asked him to pull up the VIN of a car that I lost out on and the car that he had and he took the time to go line by line on the stickers with the differences between the two. He made me feel comfortable with the things that I thought I was missing out on and it turns out I didn't need them anyway. He offered me an amazing deal and even beat the interest rate on the car loan I secured by a considerable amount. I made the 3 ½ hour drive to Glenwood Springs the next day. Even though I came a day earlier than discussed they quickly got ready for me after I called. When I arrived I was greeted warmly and we got straight to business. Jake Dozeman did all of my paperwork and went onto the finance department with Mike Sauve's assistant. EVERYTHING was as discussed and there were no surprise fees. I ended up adding some services on, but the point is that I never felt pressured, talked down to or made to feel like "we had talked about it, sign here." For the first time I didn't have to take anything off like gap insurance. I was in and out in 2 hours! Every other time I have purchased a car, it's been practically an all day event. It would have been shorter had I not added services onto the contract. This is the BEST Audi dealership I've ever worked with. This is my third Audi and I've dealt with five other Audi dealerships. I highly recommend it. They will set your standard for what car buying should be. They are professional, honest and genuinely care about taking care of you. I've been back twice for follow on services despite the 3 ½ trek because it's WORTH IT! The drive from COS to Glenwood Springs isn't half bad either. More

Every car dealership should be like this ! I drove 3 1/2 hours to get to Glenwood Audi / VW... twice, and it was well worth it ! I research, and I knew what I wanted, and I knew the fair price. Rob was a pleasure and a help from the first conversation ! When we arrived they were already prepared, and they were gracious in every aspect. After the test drive, we discussed the price plus a needed repair; Rob did everything to meet us at a fair price and resolve the repair. Then he personally shepherded the work to assure it was done perfectly. In every moment we felt they were there with the sole focus of meeting our needs. I never felt pressured, and in fact loosened my "guard" and felt we were working toward the same goal. Wow ! Yes, worth the trip ! I worked with four other dealerships as well for this purchase, and Glenwood Audi/VW was in a class above the rest. Go there. It's what buying a car should be. More

GREAT SERVICE FROM GREAT PEOPLE I recently had some issues with my 2015 Audi Q7 while traveling to Colorado from Texas. I envy the people of Glenwood springs, because they have such a fine dealership with such great people to purchase their vehicles from and to also have them serviced.
